The role will support day-to-day executive coordination, communication and administrative activities while ensuring timely follow-up and smooth coordination across departments.Key Responsibilities:• Monitor, check and organize emails; identify priority communications and ensure timely responses or follow-ups.• Coordinate with all departments to collect updates, share information and track action items to closure.• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments and schedules, including reminders and meeting coordination.• Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Advanced Excel, including data consolidation, tracking and presentation of management information.• Assist in preparing meeting notes, follow-up lists,



status reports and other management-related documents.• Maintain confidentiality of company and management information and demonstrate professional communication at all times.Educational Qualification• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.• Solid working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.• Candidates with additional certification/coursework in Advanced Excel or office administration will be preferred.Required Skills & Competencies:• Good verbal and written communication skills.• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.• Attention to detail with a structured approach to work.• Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, data handling and MIS reporting. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and professional work ethic.
