Role OverviewThe Project Manager will be the single point of contact (POC) for various academic program at the university campus. This role is responsible for on-ground program execution, student engagement, and coordination between the university, faculty, and central delivery teams to ensure a seamless learning experience. The role demands strong ownership, operational rigor, and student-first thinking.Key Responsibilities1. Campus Operations & Program ExecutionAct as the on-campus POC for various degree programs.Ensure smooth execution of classes, labs, workshops, and industry sessionsCoordinate classroom readiness (digital boards, cameras, mics, internet) for live-streamed sessionsMonitor daily schedules, session attendance, and session start/end hygiene2. Student Engagement & SupportDrive student onboarding including orientation, bridge courses, and LMS accessServe as the first line of support for student queries related to academics, schedules, and program deliveryTrack student participation, engagement, and early risk indicators (drop-offs, low attendance)Proactively communicate important updates, timelines, and action items to students3. Faculty & Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with on-campus faculty, visiting industry experts, and remote instructorsSupport faculty with hybrid tools, session logistics, and classroom setupLiaise with the central academic, employability, and operations teamsEscalate issues with clear context and proposed solutions4. Academic & Compliance HygieneEnsure adherence to defined SOPs,



academic calendars, and delivery standardsMaintain records related to sessions, attendance, assessments, and auditsSupport internal and external audits as required by the program5. Employability & Experiential Learning SupportSupport execution of employability modules, certifications, internships, OJT/WLP initiativesCoordinate logistics for workshops, sector briefings, and career sessionsAct as a bridge between students and placement/employability teams6. Reporting & Continuous ImprovementShare regular reports on program health: attendance, engagement, issues, and resolutionsCollect structured feedback from students and facultyRecommend process improvements to enhance student experience and delivery efficiencyRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong on-ground execution and ownership mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh comfort with technology-enabled learning environmentsAbility to handle ambiguity and solve problems independentlyStrong documentation and reporting disciplineQualifications & ExperienceBachelors or Masters degree (Education, Management, Psychology, or related fields preferred)2-5 years of experience in academic operations, student engagement, or campus managementPrior experience with ed-tech programs is a solid advantageSuccess MetricsZero disruption in class deliveryHigh student attendance and engagementTimely resolution of on-campus and academic issuesPositive student and faculty feedbackCompliance with SOPs and audit requirements
