Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.



The Sales Associate will identify and qualify prospective borrowers, explain Western Capital’s lending products, and guide clients through the application and documentation process. This role will involve building and maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners, following up on leads, and achieving sales and disbursement targets. The Sales Associate will collaborate with credit, operations, and customer support teams to ensure timely approvals and smooth onboarding. Daily responsibilities include market outreach, regular reporting on sales activities, and adherence to compliance and company policies.
