About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager who is driven, target-oriented, and experienced in managing sales operations in the Educational Finance, NBFC, BFSI, or Education Loan space.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in education loan sales, financial services, or lending, along with robust capabilities in team coordination, customer relationship management, lead conversion, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and manage sales activities to achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
- Lead the acquisition, engagement,



and conversion of customers into qualified leads and active clients.
- Manage and oversee the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and lead closures.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and submission of loan applications.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Credit, and Customer Support teams for smooth processing and customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Guide and support sales team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.

What We’re Looking For
