Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to generate and convert leads for Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Institutional and PEB turnkey construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong network with developers, architects, consultants and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Develop relationships with developers, architects, PMCs and consultants.
Identify upcoming commercial and industrial projects.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits.
Prepare proposals, quotations and coordinate tender submissions.
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and weekly business reports.
Coordinate with estimation, design and project execution teams.
Qualifications
MBA (Marketing) or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Business.
5+ years of business development experience in construction.
Robust communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel across Chennai & Tamil Nadu.
