About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications skilled who can take ownership of Innovate Labs' marketing presence across digital platforms and industry events. This role goes beyond social media. You will work across content, website management, brand communication, exhibitions and events, while also representing Innovate Labs in front of customers,



partners and industry professionals. We are open to hiring an experienced professional or a high-potential intern from a strong college who demonstrates excellent communication skills, curiosity and ownership.

Key responsibilities
Social media & content
Manage Innovate Labs' social media presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Create and coordinate content around products, projects, people, events and industry insights.
Work with internal teams to identify stories, use cases and achievements worth showcasing.
Translate complex technology and business solutions into simple, engaging content.
Coordinate with designers, video creators and external agencies where required.
Track content performance and engagement and use insights to improve communication.
Website & digital presence
Manage and regularly update website content.
