Role Overview

Responsible for driving B2B business growth through prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion. The role involves identifying and qualifying opportunities, presenting EC-Council solutions, managing the sales pipeline, and driving opportunities through the sales cycle while building strong customer and partner relationships.

B2B Sales / SDR – Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and lead generation.
Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, understand business needs, and qualify potential opportunities.




Engage prospects through calls, emails, meetings, and demos to create interest and progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
Present and pitch EC-Council products and solutions based on customer requirements.
Manage qualified opportunities through the relevant stages of the sales cycle, including coordination with other sales stakeholders where applicable.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build robust relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Follow up consistently to drive conversion, closure, and revenue generation.
Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline information in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and ensure a smooth customer experience.
