HealthQ is a healthcare-focused company building technology-led solutions to make healthcare more accessible, convenient, and consumer-centric. As we continue to build and scale, we’re looking for a hands-on Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our technology team.
The Role
You’ll build and maintain product features end-to-end and own integrations with external partners and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver product features across frontend and backend, from design through release.
Design, build and maintain REST APIs and webhook integrations with external systems.
Work on integrations across messaging, payments, commerce and video.
Diagnose and resolve production issues by reproducing, fixing and verifying solutions.
Write tests as part of every change you ship.
Own deployments, workplace configuration and database migrations.
Design and maintain scalable database schemas, queries and indexes.




Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.
Use AI-assisted development tools effectively while taking full accountability for the code you ship.
Tech Stack
Next.js | TypeScript | Supabase/PostgreSQL | Vitest/Jest
Minimum Qualifications
3–5 years of experience building and operating production web applications.
Strong experience with TypeScript.
Production experience with Next.js or a comparable React framework.
Strong practical SQL knowledge, including schema design, migrations and indexing; PostgreSQL preferred.
Experience integrating third-party APIs and handling webhooks reliably.
Rigorous and methodical debugging and problem-solving approach.
Strong written communication skills.
Comfortable working with AI coding tools and owning the quality of your work.
