Role Overview:

The Global HubSpot Administrator will serve as the enterprise-wide owner of TRIARQ Health’s HubSpot environments, supporting Sales, Marketing, Support, and Trend’s Member Program. This role ensures data integrity, compliance, governance, user enablement, and scalable architecture across all hubs. As HubSpot has evolved into core infrastructure for customer, member, and operational lifecycle management, this centralized position is critical to maintaining accuracy, stability, and long-term platform sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:





Platform Ownership & Governance:
Own and administer HubSpot instances spanning Sales, Marketing, Support, and Trend Member Program operations.
Define and enforce global governance (naming conventions, permissions, access controls, data models).
Maintain clean architecture and controlled change management across all hubs.
Evaluate HubSpot updates and betas; drive system-wide adoption and optimization.

Data Quality, Architecture & Compliance:
Ensure clean, standardized, and compliant data across contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and member records.
Govern lifecycle stages for Sales, Marketing, Support, and Trend Member Program.
Maintain HIPAA-adjacent compliance workflows and audit readiness in partnership with IT/Security.

Automation, Workflows & Integrations:
Build and maintain scalable automation across lead routing, lifecycle transitions, ticket workflows, and member program journeys.
