Restaurant Brands Asia (Burger King India) is looking for a passionate Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance & Food Safety to strengthen our North Region Quality team. This role offers an prospect to work across suppliers, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and restaurants to drive food safety, quality excellence, supplier development, and new product commercialization.

? Location: Base Location – Delhi (North Region)

? MUST HAVE
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or a related discipline.

✅ 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Food Safety in QSR, FMCG, or Food Processing industry.

✅ Experience in Supplier Quality Management.

DESIRABLE
✅Hands-on experience in Distribution Center & Cold Chain Quality.

✅ Scale up ensuring product quality and consistency.

✅ FSSAI Regulations, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, microbiological & chemical testing, shelf-life validation.

✅ Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, with willingness to travel extensively across the Region (approximately 10–12 days per month).
