Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B Inside Sales Executive role based in Lucknow. The Inside Sales Executive will focus on connecting with educational institutions and partner organizations, managing inbound and outbound calls, and following up on leads generated through various channels. Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, understanding client requirements, presenting Edhike’s services, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams,



preparing proposals, supporting contract closures, and delivering consistent, professional communication to ensure long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills for B2B environments.
Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills to identify and nurture prospective clients.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging stakeholders and building trust.
Prior experience in the education, counseling, or training sector is beneficial.
Ability to use CRM or sales tracking tools, with good data management and follow-up discipline.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven setting in Lucknow.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
