Junior Account Executive – D2C E-commerce
We're looking for a Junior Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and data entry for our D2C e-commerce business. You'll work closely with the accounts and operations team to keep our financial records accurate across our website, marketplaces, and payment platforms.
What You'll Do
Enter and update daily sales, payment, and expense data in Zoho/Tally
Match Shopify sales with payment gateway settlements (Razorpay/PayU/Cashfree)
Reconcile Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace payouts with actual orders
Track COD collections, returns, and refunds
Process vendor and courier/logistics invoices
Help with GST and TCS reconciliation for marketplace sales
Spot and fix mismatches in sales, payment, or inventory data
Maintain Excel trackers and basic MIS reports
Support the team during monthly closing and audits
What You Need
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
1–2 years of experience in D2C/e-commerce accounting or data entry




Working knowledge of Zoho, Tally, Shopify, and Excel
Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles
Comfortable with marketplace seller panels (Amazon, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Shopify etc.) a plus
