1️⃣ BMC Discovery Specialist — 3 Positions
Experience: 5+ years overall | 2–3+ years in BMC Discovery (ADDM)
Key Requirements:
Hands-on BMC Discovery / ADDM experience




Blueprint design and maintenance
Discovery pattern customization
Infrastructure/application dependency mapping
Discovery data quality and CMDB integration
Hybrid/cloud and on-prem discovery experience
Upgrade, patching, and version compatibility experience
Python, Shell, or PowerShell scripting
Understanding of Discovery → CMDB → AIOps → ITSM
Solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Good to have: BMC Helix AIOps, ITSM/ITIL, service modeling, leadership and mentoring experience.
2️⃣ BMC Helix CMDB Specialist — 2 Positions
Experience: 5+ years in ITSM/Configuration Management with dedicated CMDB ownership
Key Requirements:
Strong hands-on BMC Helix CMDB expertise
CI classes, relationships, and data model management
Reconciliation and normalization
Discovery-to-CMDB data integration
Service modeling / BSM
Topology-driven impact analysis
CMDB upgrade and data model compatibility experience
