Role Description
The Customs Agent position is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The agent will handle daily customs clearance tasks, such as preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating with authorities,



and ensuring correct classification and valuation of goods. Duties include tracking import and export shipments, checking compliance with regulations, and resolving clearance delays promptly. The role requires regular contact with clients, carriers, and internal teams to share updates, answer questions, and keep accurate records under company policy. The agent will also aid continuous improvements, stay current with customs rules and trade policies, and support a smooth, compliant flow of cargo.

Qualifications
Strong customs operations skills, including Customs Brokerage and Import Export knowledge.- Experience with export procedures and documentation, along with familiarity with relevant trade regulations.
