Mandatory Skill-set & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET (Core / Framework) and object-oriented programming.
Working experience with Generative AI, GitHub CoPilot and prompt engineering.
Experience with prototyping, rapid development, and technical proof-of-concepts.
Understanding of software design patterns and architectural best practices.
Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
Solid understanding of Git and contemporary development workflows.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET (Core/Framework).
Build quick prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and design directions.
Contribute to the full product development lifecycle—from requirements to design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and modernize existing systems and components.
Stay updated with latest technologies and bring innovation to the team.

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

Experience with healthcare platforms, HL7/FHIR, DICOM, or regulated environments.
Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, React) is an added advantage.
Background in product development, especially early-stage or R&D-driven; environments.
