Seamedu is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage and drive end-to-end HR operations within an educational environment.
? Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
• Employee on boarding & induction
• Attendance, leave & HRIS management
• Payroll support & statutory compliance
• Employee engagement & welfare initiatives
• Performance appraisal coordination
• Employee grievance handling & employee relations
• HR documentation, MIS & reporting
• Training & development coordination
• HR administration and management support

? What We’re Looking For




✅ Minimum 5 years of HR experience
✅ Experience in education/institutional setup preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll & statutory compliance
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
✅ Strong recruitment, organizational and problem-solving skills
