Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding the brand's market presence, building strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets across relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities across relevant sales channels.




Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through networking and referrals.
Onboard new GT store, distributors, partners, and Beauty Advisors (BAs).
Manage and support a team of Beauty Advisors (BAs) to achieve assigned sales targets.
Handle BA outlets and monitor outlet-wise sales, productivity, performance, and target achievement.
Coordinate with BAs and outlet partners to ensure smooth operations, product availability, and brand visibility.
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Conduct market research and track competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for promotions and product launches.
Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Requirements

Strong understanding of the beauty and personal care industry.
Experience in BA onboarding, team handling, and outlet management will be preferred.
Valuable communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
