Role Description
This is a full-time remote, entry-level role for an Account Manager at Nebula Brand Labs, ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, serve as the primary point of contact, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client communications, gathering and translating client needs into clear briefs, coordinating internal creative and strategy teams,



and tracking project milestones. The role also involves building pitch and strategy decks, assisting Founders in pitching to prospective and existing clients, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, identifying opportunities for account growth, and proactively addressing risks or challenges. The Account Manager will collaborate across disciplines to maintain solid client relationships and support the continuous improvement of processes and services.
Compensation: Up to 1.8 LPA
Qualifications
Client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and conflict resolution.
Project coordination and organizational skills, such as task prioritization, timeline management, and attention to detail.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to understand brand objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
