Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Deputy Zonal Manager – Health Insurance to lead and drive business growth across Gurgaon and the assigned territory.
The Deputy Zonal Manager is a senior leadership position above the Area Zonal Manager and will be responsible for overseeing multiple Area Zonal Managers/Area Managers, driving large-scale sales operations, strengthening distribution, and delivering business targets across the zone.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Health Insurance / General Insurance sales, multi-layer team management, large-scale business operations, distribution, strategic planning, and revenue growth.

The candidate must have a solid understanding of the Gurgaon/NCR insurance market and proven experience managing large teams through multiple levels of leadership.





Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive Health Insurance business across Gurgaon and the assigned zone.
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual business and revenue targets.
- Manage and provide strategic direction to multiple Area Zonal Managers / Area Managers.
- Oversee multiple layers of sales leadership and frontline sales teams.
- Establish clear business targets, KPIs, productivity benchmarks, and performance expectations across the zone.
- Monitor Area Zonal Manager, Area Manager, Team Leader, and frontline team performance.
- Conduct regular business reviews and implement corrective action plans wherever required.
- Coach and mentor senior sales leaders to improve productivity, conversion, revenue, and overall business performance.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, training, capability development, and performance management across the sales hierarchy.
