Instructor (OT/ICS Cybersecurity)
nWe are seeking an experienced and passionate OT/ICS Cybersecurity Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA security, and critical infrastructure protection to diverse audiences, including industry professionals, students, engineers, and organizational stakeholders.
nThe instructor will also stay updated with emerging threats, evolving industrial technologies, relevant standards, and best practices to ensure that training content remains current, practical, and aligned with industry requirements.
nResponsibilities:
nTraining Program Development:
nDesign, develop, and continuously update training programs, instructional materials, laboratory exercises, and supporting documentation covering OT/ICS cybersecurity topics.
nCreate engaging and interactive learning experiences, including hands-on labs, simulations, tabletop exercises,



case studies, and e-learning content focused on industrial environments.
nDevelop curriculum aligned with recognized standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, the Purdue Model, and critical infrastructure security best practices.
nIncorporate practical demonstrations involving industrial communication protocols, network architectures, threat scenarios, and security controls relevant to OT environments.
nStay up-to-date with emerging cyber threats, OT technologies, industrial automation trends, and evolving regulatory requirements.
nServe as a subject matter expert on OT/ICS cybersecurity topics within the organization and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
nParticipate in continuous career development activities, research initiatives, and relevant industry certifications.
