Commercial Real Estate_CRE (Associate Director & Director), Bangalore
nWe are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our lending services division at a senior position. You will be leading delivery team members engaged with end-to-end lending life cycle activities across CRE products.
nYou shall also actively involved in expanding our CRE franchise by supporting the sales team and explaining the clients about our lending services including automotive platforms. You will work closely with senior leadership of delivery, and technology solution teams to manage client deliverables and further expand our offerings through various value propositions.

- Help grow the CRE businessn
- Responsible for adherence to client SLAs and Policiesn
- Working across functions and stakeholders with a high degree of influence leading to successful outcomesn
- Identify ways for improvement in efficiency gains and process improvementn
- Responsible for value addition in deliverables across different process within loan life cyclen




- Mentoring the junior team members and reviewing their deliverablesn
- Responsible for on-time identification and escalation of risks and mitigantsn
- Actively partner with Acuity technology solutions team to identify and provide client appropriate technology driven offeringsn

nKey Skills:

- n
- 15-25 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate businessn
- Deep understanding of various CRE lending products and platformsn
- Understanding of mortgage documents, origination procedures including underwriting and monitoringn
- Ensure deliverables are met as per client SLA's by various delivery teams – Productivity, Quality & TATn
- Excellent written, verbal communication, logical& analytical skillsn
- Experience in working with sales to create marketing collateral and responding to RFPsn
- Experience in drafting SOPsn
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelinesn
