- Manage the recovery process for LAP & BL products in the respective region, ensuring optimal collection efficiency.n
- Hire, train, and lead a team of Branch Collection Managers/Executives, providing continuous mentoring and coaching.n
- Monitor collection performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective measures to minimize NPAs.n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Risk, Fraud, and Central Teams) to streamline collection strategies.n
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and team productivity.n
- Drive team engagement, retention, and development, fostering a high-performance culture.n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies in collection and recovery operations.n
nQualifications & Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in collections & recovery in the NBFC/BFSI sector.n
- Solid leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.n
- Proven track record in team management and debt recovery strategies.n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.n
