We are looking for an experienced Lead – Brand Partnerships to drive revenue growth through brand partnerships and influencer marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital, influencer marketing, social media, and advertising ecosystem, along with a proven track record of acquiring and growing brand accounts.
This role will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building strong relationships with brands and agencies, pitching influencer-led campaigns, and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue generation across brands and agencies.
- Identify and build relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Digital Heads, Media Agencies, and Creative Agencies .
- Develop a strong pipeline of prospective brands and ensure consistent business conversion.
- Pitch and sell influencer marketing, creator campaigns, content-led.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with internal teams to create effective campaign proposals and solutions.




- Own the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to pitching, negotiation, closure, and account growth .
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and campaign solutions .
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling .
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, creator economy developments, and emerging brand requirements.
- Work closely with the influencer/creator, campaign, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, revenue projections, and pipeline reports.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets .
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
