Role Description The Strategic Partnerships Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating,



and developing strategic partnerships with technology vendors, channel partners, and key enterprise clients to support Ishan Technologies’ growth in ICT, cloud, and network services. The manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to design and execute joint go-to-market initiatives, partner programs, and co-selling motions. Day-to-day activities include conducting market and partner analysis, negotiating partnership terms, managing partner relationships, tracking performance against joint business plans, and preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership. The role also involves representing Ishan Technologies at industry events, ensuring alignment of partnerships with business strategy, and continuously exploring new partnership models to expand market presence.
