About the Role

We are looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for Junior, mid-level to senior roles across industries. This role suits professionals who already have access to relevant candidate networks, understand hiring dynamics, and prefer performance-linked earnings.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer closure
- Understand job requirements, industry hiring trends, and role-specific talent availability
- Source candidates through: Personal networks & databases / Social media & referrals
- Conduct initial screening & candidate assessment (skills, culture fit, compensation alignment)
- Coordinate with company HR / hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
- Ensure timely closures and smooth candidate onboarding
- Maintain skilled communication with both candidates and stakeholders

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (agency or freelance)
