Hiring: Aladdin Accounting & Reconciliation SME / Operations Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Aladdin Accounting & Reconciliation SME / Operations Manager with robust expertise in BlackRock Aladdin, investment accounting, portfolio accounting, and reconciliation operations .

Experience: 8–12+ Years
Aladdin Experience: 5+ Years hands-on
Domain: Investment Operations / Investment Accounting / Asset Management

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the functional SME for Aladdin Accounting, IBOR/ABOR, and reconciliation operations .
- Lead and perform daily position, cash, transaction, custody, pricing, and accounting reconciliations .
- Investigate complex breaks and perform transaction/security-level root cause analysis .
- Manage Aladdin-to-custodian and accounting-to-fund accounting discrepancies.
- Handle corporate actions, investment income, fixed income, derivatives, pricing and valuation activities.
- Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end investment accounting close .




- Provide L2/L3 functional support for Aladdin production issues and high-severity incidents.
- Support Aladdin implementations, upgrades, enhancements, SIT, UAT and regression testing .
- Manage and mentor Aladdin Accounting & Reconciliation teams while maintaining SLAs, controls, quality and operational risk.
- Drive automation and process improvements across reconciliation and accounting operations using tools such as SQL, Python, VBA, Power BI or RPA.
