- Good knowledge of planning, managing, and executing horticultural projects from designing landscape and selecting plants.
- Plants knowledge (Identification, care, Propagation).
- Problem Solving (Pests, Diseases Identification and control).
- Team Leadership and Coordination with Horticulture Supervisors and Gardner’s.
- Maintaining/ Preparing monthly Attendance summary record for salary.
- Maintaining. the all Horticulture records.
- Positive knowledge of preparing horticulture budgets.
Skills & Qualification:
- BSc. Agriculture
- 8-10 yr experience in landscape development & Maintenance.
