Field Sales Executive – Quick Commerce

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive – Quick Commerce to expand our local market presence, generate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with local stores, vendors, partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct daily field visits and identify new business opportunities.
* Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, and local outreach.
* Identify and onboard new stores, vendors, and business partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local business partners.
* Explain company products, services, and partnership perks to potential partners.
* Follow up with leads and convert them into active business opportunities.
* Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding and execution.
* Monitor local market activities and competitor presence.
* Maintain records of field visits, leads,



follow-ups, and conversions.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
* Report market feedback and new business opportunities to the management.

Requirements

* 0–2 years of experience in Field Sales, BDE, Business Development, Marketing, Retail, FMCG, Quick Commerce, or similar roles.
* Freshers with good communication skills and confidence are welcome to apply.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable with daily field visits and local travel.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Ability to build relationships with local businesses.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
* Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Delivery Operations, or Local Market Development will be preferred.
