We are now expanding our international sales team and looking for a solid Sales Manager who can help us generate, manage, and close software development projects from international clients.

Role: Sales Manager – International IT Sales

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat / In office
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month + performance-based commission
Experience: 3+ years preferred in IT/software sales

Role Description

This is a revenue-focused role. The Sales Manager will be responsible for handling international leads, joining client calls, understanding requirements, explaining our software solutions, preparing or supporting proposals, following up professionally, and closing deals.

The person will work closely with our founder, BDM, lead generation team, designers,



developers, and project team to convert opportunities into signed projects.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the sales pipeline and bring real business, not just manage conversations.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle international sales calls with clients from Germany, UAE, USA, UK, Europe, and other markets
• Understand client requirements for websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, AI solutions, automation, and custom software
• Explain technical solutions in a simple and professional way
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales follow-ups with support from the technical team
• Negotiate pricing, scope, timelines, and payment terms
• Close software development projects and maintain long-term client relationships
• Guide the lead generation team on target industries, lead quality, messaging, and follow-up strategy
• Maintain and update CRM / Google Sheets with lead st
