Role Description The Senior Analyst Manufacturing Engineering role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role oversees manufacturing processes, production lines,



and equipment to ensure safe, effective, and cost-effective operations. The Senior Analyst is responsible for analyzing process performance data, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing engineering solutions that enhance quality, throughput, and compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and updating process documentation, supporting new product introductions, collaborating with cross-functional teams on root cause analysis and corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize materials, tooling, and workflows while aligning with Danfoss Power Solutions’ global manufacturing practices.
Qualifications
Solid foundation in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering, supported by a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent
