Position: Facility Coordinator - OP Tower
Location: OP Tower, Sector 83 Alpha IT City, Mohali
Experience: 2-4 years
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Facilities Management, or a related field

Role Summary
Coordinates day-to-day building operations, MEP systems, vendors, AMCs, and preventive maintenance for OP Tower. Uses AI tools (Gemini/Notebook LM/Claude) to troubleshoot issues and access technical documentation, reducing reliance on external experts.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain the building: common areas, MEP systems, cleanliness, and issue tracking through to closure.
- Coordinate electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, lift, and water systems.
- Manage vendors and AMCs: scheduling, monitoring service quality, and tracking renewals.
- Run preventive maintenance: managing calendars, equipment history, and early failure detection.
- Use AI tools to interpret manuals, drawings, and error codes, and build troubleshooting checklists and a building knowledge database.
- Maintain digital records and prepare clear reports for management.





What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years in facility management, commercial building maintenance, MEP coordination, or similar.
- Understanding of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-safety systems.
- Comfortable coordinating technicians and external vendors.
- Ability to independently inspect a problem and determine the necessary action.
- Good follow-up discipline; ensures issues are resolved.
- Comfortable with Gemini/AI and digital tools.
- Willingness to learn rather than rely only on existing knowledge.
- Ability to read technical documents, drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Comfortable preparing and maintaining digital records and reports.
- Positive communication skills to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and management.
- Willingness to take ownership of the building, not just perform assigned tasks.
