Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for an accomplished Project Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of a landmark Grade A Commercial/IT Office Building in Hyderabad. The candidate must have a proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise commercial projects (120+ metres) with composite steel structures from design coordination through project handover.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complete project execution, planning,



scheduling, cost management, quality, safety, and timely project delivery. Manage and lead a multidisciplinary PMC team of 30+ professionals.
Coordinate and drive all project stakeholders, including the Client, Consultants, Tier-1 (Tier A) Contractors, MEP Contractors, Façade Contractors, Landscape Contractors, Vertical Transportation Vendors, Traffic & Transportation Consultants, ICT/ELV Vendors, Utility Agencies, Statutory Authorities, and other specialist vendors.
Ensure seamless design coordination, interface management, risk mitigation, value engineering, contract administration, and commercial control.
Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients through proactive communication, timely reporting, and effective decision-making.
Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, contractual obligations, quality standards, HSE requirements, and project governance.
