Get to Know the Role
The Senior Solution Specialist will report directly to the Delivery Manager for Finance Systems. As a Solution Specialist, Finance Systems,



you will work with GTS teams and Finance users to understand challenges, current processes and system requirements. You will translate these needs into future-state application requirements, process improvements and solution designs, working with other teams and external implementation partners where required.
You will focus on managing change requests and project implementations within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP setting, with an emphasis on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) will be an advantage.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Lead Finance Systems change requests and project implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment and post-go-live stabilisation.
Collaborate with Finance partners to understand needs, document all-state processes, standardise requirements and perform
