Shift: Candidate should be flexible with shift timing as it is global role.

Experience
18+ years of overall experience in BPO, Shared Services, Consulting, or Procurement Operations.
Minimum 12 years of managerial experience.
Proven experience managing large-scale operations with 500+ FTEs.
Experience handling multi-geography delivery teams across APMEA, Middle East, Europe, North America (NAM), and Latin America (LAM).

Preferred Qualifications
MBA / Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or related field.
Exposure to digital procurement solutions and AI-driven sourcing technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Operations Management
Drive on-time, accurate, and high-quality service delivery within agreed SLAs.
Manage end-to-end S2P operations across multiple clients and geographies.
Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and governance requirements.




Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding service expectations.
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Excellence
Identify spend optimization opportunities and lead cost reduction initiatives.
Partner with category management teams to deliver sourcing strategies and procurement transformation programs.
Drive sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and procurement operations excellence.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for S2P and Procurement operations.
Engage with senior client stakeholders, including CXO-level leaders.
Present solutions, transformation roadmaps, business cases, and industry best practices.
Build robust relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
