Role Description The Senior Cost Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for leading cost planning, estimation, and budget management across complex property, construction, and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed cost plans and bills of quantities, managing tender processes,



evaluating bids, and providing accurate cost advice throughout design development and project delivery. The Senior Cost Manager will monitor project costs, track variations, prepare financial reports, and support risk and value management activities to ensure projects remain within approved budgets. The role also involves coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to continuous improvement of cost management practices and tools.
