We are seeking an Expert Data Scientist with strong experience in AI solution development with a focus on Generative AI, / agentic AI systems.

About The Role

You have a proven expertise in Data Science and Machine Learning, and in generative AI and agentic AI.

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, production-ready solutions using a Python and LangChain-based stack, including LangSmith and LangGraph.

You will also work closely with business teams to uncover insights from data and translate them into measurable impact, with a robust commitment to Responsible AI and focus on observability and monitoring of the solutions.

Responsibilities

Solution Development

Design, Implementation, Deliver, and Support AI solutions to be incorporated in products, systems and
solutions
Build and deploy LLM-powered applications,



including RAG pipelines, multi agentic AI Solutions, relying on the LangChain ecosystem, including tool-using agents, multi-agent orchestration, and memory-enabled systems.
Ensure observability on genAI/agenticAI solutions and optimal trade-off between accuracy, latency, and cost.Build reusable frameworks, APIs, and components that accelerate AI adoption across the organisation.
Ensure reproducibility, traceability, and quality through disciplined engineering practices, including GitHub, and Markdown.
Lead code reviews and maintain high standards for coding, testing, and documentation.

Quality and Observability

Define robust evaluation frameworks, including A/B testing, benchmarking, and offline/online performance metrics.
Establish scalable MLOps and LLMOps practices covering model lifecycle management, monitoring, governance, and deployment.
