Role Description The Client Servicing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar, responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, and resolving issues with a focus on maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The Client Servicing Manager will track client requests,



monitor service performance, prepare regular status updates, and proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience. Responsibilities also include conducting review meetings, gathering feedback, documenting client requirements, and ensuring clear, timely communication across all interactions.
