Role Overview
We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our D2C website and marketplace business. The role will focus on online revenue growth, marketplace management, product visibility, conversion optimization, inventory coordination, promotions, and e-commerce profitability. These responsibilities are consistent with current nutraceutical/D2C e-commerce roles in India.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow online sales across D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata 1mg, Blinkit, Zepto and other relevant platforms.
Manage the Shopify/D2C website, including product pages, pricing, offers, merchandising, and content updates.
Handle end-to-end marketplace operations, including listings, catalogues, A+ Content, keywords, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
Develop strategies to improve GMV, revenue, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchases, and profitability.




Plan and execute marketplace promotions, sale events, discounts, bundles, and recent product launches.
Monitor and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns and key metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
Coordinate with the Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/warehouse teams to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
Analyse competitor pricing, product positioning, reviews, ratings, promotions, and market trends.
Track product performance and identify opportunities for new products, bundles, cross-selling, and upselling.
Ensure accurate product information and compliance with applicable nutraceutical, labeling, and marketplace requirements.
Prepare weekly/monthly e-commerce MIS reports and provide actionable insights to management.
