Role Description The Accounts Receivable Caller is a full-time, on-site role based in Porur - Chennai, focused on following up with insurance payers and other responsible parties to resolve outstanding balances and ensure timely collections. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls to verify claim status, identify payment delays or denials,



and secure commitments for payment. The role involves documenting all interactions accurately in the billing or practice management system, updating account notes, and escalating complex issues when needed. The Accounts Receivable Caller works closely with billing and coding teams to clarify claim details, correct errors, and re-submit or appeal claims as appropriate. The position requires adherence to company policies, payer guidelines, and compliance standards while maintaining skilled communication and meeting productivity and quality targets.

Qualifications
Min 1 yr of experience in AR Calling.
Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes such as billing, collections, and insurance follow-up, with experience in accounts receivable or similar roles.
