Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive profitable growth for our D2C nutraceutical brand. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns across digital channels, with ownership of key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, Revenue, AOV, CVR, and LTV. This scope aligns with current D2C nutraceutical roles that emphasize Meta/Google Ads, funnel optimization, analytics, creative testing, and revenue ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Manage and optimize campaigns for customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability.
Own key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, AOV, MER, and LTV.
Plan and manage monthly/quarterly advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation.




Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, offers, and landing pages.
Work closely with the Creative, Content, Ecommerce, CRM, and Product teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
Analyse the complete D2C funnel from ad → landing page/PDP → checkout → purchase → repeat purchase and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance.
Use GA4, Shopify Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and reporting dashboards to generate actionable insights.
Develop strategies for retargeting, customer retention, repeat purchases, and LTV improvement.
Ensure marketing communication and product claims comply with applicable FSSAI, ASCI, and nutraceutical advertising guidelines.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
