About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager with strong experience in sports media and digital content management to manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and other relevant digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with sports brands, teams, leagues, sports media, athletes, or sports-focused digital platforms and understand how sports audiences consume and engage with content.

Key Responsibilities




Manage the day-to-day social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and other relevant platforms.
Develop and execute platform-specific content and social media strategies for sports audiences.
Plan and manage content calendars around matches, tournaments, announcements, campaigns, and key sporting moments.
Work closely with the content, creative, video, and platform teams to ensure timely publishing.
Identify opportunities to create real-time, trending, and reactive sports content.
Monitor social media trends, sports conversations, fan behaviour, and competitor activity.
Manage publishing, captions, hashtags, tagging, metadata, thumbnails, and other platform-specific requirements.
Track and analyse performance metrics such as reach, engagement, views, watch time, retention, CTR, follower growth, and overall content performance.
