Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Civil Tendering professional with solid expertise in tender estimation, costing, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, rate analysis, EPC and item-rate tenders .
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tender estimates, project proposals and costing for civil works.
- Review customer requirements, BOQ and technical specifications.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs and rate analysis.
- Handle EPC and item-rate tenders.
- Coordinate with vendors for enquiries, quotations, evaluation and negotiation.
- Prepare technical and commercial comparisons.
- Participate in techno-commercial meetings with clients, consultants and PMC.
- Coordinate with internal project and MEP teams for costing and tender submissions.
- Support project handover and internal kick-off after award of the project.
