Role Description The Partner role at Ismail & Company is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Partner will be responsible for overseeing business operations, driving strategic growth, and developing current market opportunities in environmental protection and spill containment solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing key client relationships, negotiating major contracts,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role also involves monitoring financial performance, contributing to long-term business planning, and representing the company at industry events, client meetings, and partner engagements.
