Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting people processes at the Anand location in a full time, on-site capacity. Typical responsibilities include administering HR policies,



maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and supporting onboarding and induction programs. The role will also involve handling employee relations matters, managing time and attendance data, and assisting with performance management and engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with line managers to address HR queries, ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations, and help implement company-wide HR programs and communication. This position requires a proactive approach to improving HR processes, supporting a positive workplace culture, and enabling employees to “make things happen” in line with Britannia’s values.
