Role Summary
Hey Concrete is looking for Territory Sales Managers who can build solid market presence across key regions. This role is meant for people who have architect and designer connects, understand premium interior or exterior products, and can work closely with dealer teams to generate leads and convert sales.
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for 3 to 4 cities in their territory. They will travel within the territory, build architect relationships, generate direct project leads, work with dealers and their teams, and help close orders through the dealer network.
All Territory Heads and Territory Sales Managers assigned to South India will report to the Business Head - South, who will own the overall regional revenue plan and team-review rhythm.

Key Responsibilities
Architect and Designer Connect
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers and design studios.
Conduct regular visits and product presentations.
Generate project leads directly from architects and designers.




Invite architects and designers to dealer showrooms and product displays.
Dealer Team Management
Work closely with dealer sales teams to generate leads and improve follow-up.
Train dealer team members on Hey Concrete products, pitch and applications.
Track dealer pipeline, pending quotations and open leads.
Push dealer team towards consistent monthly sales.
Lead Generation and Sales Conversion
Generate qualified leads from architects, designers, contractors and premium customers.
Coordinate with dealer team for quotation, follow-up and closure.
Support dealer in closing important orders.
Maintain CRM or reporting discipline for all leads and visits.
Territory Development
Cover 3 to 4 cities within the assigned territory.
Identify new architect clusters and potential dealer opportunities.
Support new dealer development where required.
Provide market feedback on competition, pricing, demand and product gaps.
