- Project conceptualization & planning.n
- Hands on execution for project activities like Eletro-mechanical work, clean room partitions, HVAC, clean utilities, black utilities etc.n
- To work out, monitor & control the costing/budget for the project.n
- To prepare & ensure the schedule for project including execution & commissioning with validation.n
- To ensure statutory & regulatory compliances for the project.n
- To ensure site safety, GMP, aesthetics of plant, HR & Admin compliances.n
- To prepare the layouts for project.n
- Co-ordination with all internal & external stakeholders for overall project activities.n
- To prepare the tenders, float the enquiry & to prepare comparatives for mechanical, electrical, insulation and tenders etc.n
- To ensure timely completion of validation documents.n

nAdditional Job Responsibilities:

- Follow -up the material/equipment deliveries.n
- To ensure the timely GR preparation, invoicing of the vendors etc.n
- To send the enquiries for equipment's & prepare comparatives.n
- Any other responsibilities assigned by reporting Manager.n
