We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and highly motivated Business Operations & Growth Intern to join our growing team at Nauka Beverages LLP, the company behind Soldier Brew.
This is a hands-on startup internship where you will get exposure to multiple areas of the business, including sales, marketing, business development, retail expansion, operations, customer relationships, inventory coordination, and day-to-day business management.
You will work closely with the core team and get the chance to understand how a consumer brand is built and scaled from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and reach out to potential retailers, distributors, cafés, supermarkets, gyms, offices, restaurants, and other sales channels.
Assist in onboarding new retail and distribution partners.
Follow up with leads, prospects, and potential business partners.
Maintain sales pipelines and track follow-ups.
Support the team in achieving monthly sales and distribution targets.
Research new markets and identify potential opportunities for Soldier Brew.




Coordinate with existing retailers and distributors to ensure smooth business operations.
Business Operations
Assist with day-to-day operational activities of the company.
Coordinate between sales, marketing, logistics, suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Track orders, inventory, dispatches, deliveries, and stock availability.
Maintain operational records and prepare regular reports.
Identify operational issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.
Help streamline recurring processes and improve operational efficiency.
Marketing & Brand Growth
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Support social media and digital marketing activities.
Research competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
Assist with influencer collaborations, events, sampling activities, and brand activations.
