Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates. This role involves responding to client inquiries, providing timely support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the placement and consulting process. The individual will coordinate with internal consulting teams,



maintain accurate records of interactions, and follow up proactively to address issues and close open requests. Daily tasks include explaining services, gathering requirements, sharing updates on recruitment progress, and collecting feedback to improve service quality.
