- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and productivity metrics.n
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.n

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.n
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.n
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.n
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.n
