Job Purpose
The Digital Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding business objectives, and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing services through effective coordination with internal teams. The role requires ownership of the complete client lifecycle, timely delivery of projects, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction while contributing to client retention and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
Understand the business, industry, brand positioning, target audience, and marketing objectives of assigned clients and recommend suitable digital marketing strategies and solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain professional and effective communication throughout the engagement.
Manage and oversee a portfolio of active client accounts, or such other number as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Manage the complete client lifecycle,



including onboarding, planning, execution, review meetings, renewals, and account closure, wherever applicable.
Develop project plans and execution strategies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and achievement of agreed client objectives.
Coordinate with Performance Marketing, Social Media, Design, Content, Development, and other internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of client requirements.
Ensure timely collection of client approvals, feedback, content, and other required inputs necessary for uninterrupted project execution.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and turnaround times (TAT) and ensure that commitments made to clients are appropriately tracked and fulfilled.
Review campaign performance and ensure timely sharing of reports, updates, insights, and recommendations with clients.
Conduct periodic client review meetings to discuss performance, business objectives
